From fb30f9d665ea0b4c0b675791d28e3e761b827564 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Max Reitz Date: Mon, 24 Nov 2014 09:09:41 +0100 Subject: [PATCH 3/6] qemu-img: Allow cache mode specification for amend Message-id: <1416820184-3129-3-git-send-email-mreitz@redhat.com> Patchwork-id: 62546 O-Subject: [RHEV-7.1 qemu-kvm-rhev PATCH 2/5] qemu-img: Allow cache mode specification for amend Bugzilla: 1166481 RH-Acked-by: Markus Armbruster RH-Acked-by: Kevin Wolf RH-Acked-by: Stefan Hajnoczi qemu-img amend may extensively modify the target image, depending on the options to be amended (e.g. conversion to qcow2 compat level 0.10 from 1.1 for an image with many unallocated zero clusters). Therefore it makes sense to allow the user to specify the cache mode to be used.
